I accidently deleted 1 iphone message conversation is there a way i can recover it? I dont think i have icloud or have backedup the phone

I was merging 6 clips together and left them to upload for 1 hour. My xbox turned off after 1hour of inactivity .
I assume the clips uploaded to my onedrive so i proceed to delete my 6 clips and then ...

I've tried holding the select and menu buttons to reset the device to no avail, my pc cant recognize the device but charges it.
Can anyone help?
