Why would changing your ip address do anything? These aren't ip bans they are account bans. You can tell because people can sign in on another account at their house.

Why are you bumping? He answered your question. You can be banned for 24 hours or you can be permanently banned. If this is your first offense you are probably only banned for 48 hours.

Today is a Holiday in the US so I doubt any updates will be coming out. Probably won't see anything until at least Monday.
