When i put the xbls.ini file on my laptop and open the file with notepad there is nothing to change it to true

Im having the same problem ive deleted the TU and it boots up but once i install the TU again it wont boot

i was in an xp lobby and i kept my prestige till i turned off my console. i turned it back on and i was reset to my rank before the xp lobby
