"invalid xbox package" - I recieve this message when trying to open up the second batch of settings... Any ideas?

im struggling on step 4/5.. ive downloaded the 100% settings, but when i open them its a text document that can not be read in modio? please help

do you have a trusted link for modio? My virus protection is picking up a lot of untrusted sites that contain virus' from the ones on google
