    If by "tool" you mean mod menu on/off host i too recommend blue sky... however if you're using ninja for online i would just use there engine... or if you're referring to RTE tools i strong ...

    It would be better to add the TU through something like aurora however ive updated MW2 yesterday via dashbored and had no issues,
