Your best bet will be using the adobe cs4 Clean Script utility program, it deals with faulty installs. You can get it here http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cs4clean.html

1- Open Command Prompt
2- At the Command Prompt enter the following command exactly as written:

net localgroup "Administrators" "NT Authority\Service" /add

then press enter ...
