this topic is literally a rant, played a game just then on train and a guy on the other team went 45 to 14 (le/DMG ranks) through out the whole game bar the first few rounds we called him out for hack ...

I would definitely get that checked with a doctor or go to physio. First thing that comes to mind that might help is a knee brace but I've never seen anything like that ._.

If anything get a small one for OS and use a big hdd for storage if money is a issue. If you could afford it get a big ssd.

Ill keep it short for you. It will speed your computer up a lot. I'm not sure about fps but load times will be faster. Look at the difference ssd vs normal hdd.

Yes, you can buy them from the steam market. But think about buying skins instead of cases, more than likely you will regret buying cases
