If anybody else is experiencing this problem:
I found out that if you lock the frames per second to 30, the bug will not happen.

Yeah so I've restarted the game three separate times (around my work schedule) and he keeps teleporting away from the map and ending the fight.
Possibly because I'm playing the game on Cemu Emulator ...

So I initiated the fight with him, he started warping around as he should and then teleported outside of the battlefield and just never came back. Am I going to have to do this 'dungeon' over again. & ...
