well it depends is it the first time your profile was banned because 3 banned profiels on a console= console ban Not necessarily I have had 5 perma bans on my console and still havent been console ban ...

Take apart ur xbox. Open ur disk drive then look on the back of your laser lense and twist the screw on the left slightly to the left. and then see if it plays your games. Worked for me.
