I was wondering how do you get the christmas DLC? I have been seeing tons of people with the santa and elf suits? Are people using their J-Tags with stealth?

You go back to level one, i've done it.

Ok I have my own DNS server and I did a race and got level 1 with negative xp. How do i fix this. Racing multiple times doesn't work :/
