No you just get to pick a free car for each level up to 50

This is old and also patched if you have the karkand expansion

The old methods were patched but there's still a way to do it

I suggest playing rush and going for tanks, the jets have stronger chain guns

The fastest I've seen is the Bugatti veyron ss at 277mph

Does anybody drift with simulation handling?

probably using the medic class, (depends what map really) and always revive your team-mates, unless they'll just die when getting back up..
also put med packs down for your team!
