put the xex and dll in your GTA game folder
load the trainer.xex (will boot you to dash)
load the normal default.xex

Copy "nativetrainer.xex" and "nativetrainer.xexlib" on your x360,
launch "nativetrainer.xex" and then launch the game.
Just into the root of the gta v file ?

You do know thats a ps3 modmenu ? its not compatible with the 360
