If you are using TeaPot live that would be the reason, when it comes to servers like that whilst they do have a KV or a decent KV LIfe, they aren't bad servers.

Im on teapot live and my KV got banned in 1 1/2 weeks. I think it's because I launched xex menu while connected to wifi by accident but I'm not sure. Can anyone just confirm if it has a correlation

I don't own the menu so I couldn't tell you for sure but if there is a option to turn it on/off it would more then likely be in the .ini that comes with the download of the menu.
