my disk just blew my microwave up..... :/ and my disk has kinda melted

Had problems earlier with my xbox reading my disk and so i thought I would try one last time. Put the disk in the xbox and it sounded like my disk was being shredded. Any ideas on how to fix this??

It works with my black ops game just not black ops 2
