Here's how to
1go to system settings/memory/your mem unit or hdd/black ops then delete all the patches
2take out your wireless adapter/ethernet cable
3boot up black ops and get to the modded zombie ...

Could you delete the patch or plug out your wireless adapter of Ethernet cable boot up black ops start zombies connect to xbl and it will go on the leaderbords
