My xexmenu isnt installing mw2 and everyone says just download the iso and put it on a usb. Is there a link i can download it from or do i have to make one?

Im trying to install mw2 on xexmenu but my diskdrive is not reading the disk. Is there a different way to install it into xexmenu and do i have to get it fixed

I got my jtag and im trying to install xexmenu on my jtag with a usb i did everything it said todo in the sticky tut but it wont save on my usb and is not in my game libary. Any suggestions?
