What do we do if the item has only two zeros, such as Cyrodilic Spadetail? It's item id is 00106E19. I've tried the following, but it never works:

I wonder though, i've been having issues modding Cyrodilic Spadetails for the past hour or so, I think it's not working because they are stolen, does that make a difference?
