Apparently it works on xbox, I have seen TUTs for ps3 that are the same as xbox, but don't work. It's all about prestige duplication at the moment.

As far as I am aware, there is no such thing. It could be an RTE lobby (real time edit), if so, I advise against this as it's a sure way to get banned.
