Hey guys on dayz overpoch arma 2 i only get 30 to 40 fps on high settings with shadows turned off what could be wrong?

Hey guys, I have a problem installing overpoch and epoch. I use dayz launcher, when i click download one bar appears underneath it and never downloads.
How do i fix that?

I have a 1 tb hard drive but it says i have to separate drives c and d?
