Right but you can reed the nand of any xbox 360 but you cant reflash it right?

No you can not because the dash update blows out the e-fuses need to do the jtag hack

And nand x kit dumps your xbox 360's nand via usb but you need to solder wires onto the motherbored

you can use it more then one you just need to get more cables every once in a while

I would say Falcon because a Xenon can over heat easier than a falcon can
