You only can only request 100 likes on a pic a day and if you try to more then you get that code

I have that tweak already and mine still shows the error Instagram could of restricted the pictures or something

And they haven't patched it cause I've gotten the new update and I still get it from time to time

So I'm not sure what the code actually means but you might of lost you wifi connection or data or you lost connection to the PopU app
