To get it u:
Go to the comon room and find the little telephone sitting on the table
Press X a couple of times ...

no because 1st it tells you where its going and 2 because it keeps the game moving and aftter level 12 or 13 you shouldnt need a new weapon so it doesnt mater and i can survive to level 14 without nee ...
