Anything with internal cf is terrible, your prone to much more bugs than any other card out there. Also it doesn't preform that good

For firewall and anti virus get ESET smart security.
A good anti spyware program is spysweeper (SS).

If you want freeware, AS (anti spyware) SS being number 1 I would say Malwarebytes is number 2 ...

with that type of price range I would say Dell heh, they have some for $499 US but they won't be able to max settings. For max settings you would need a good gaming PC usually around the price range ...
