well your radiator fans will be 12v but will probably have a 12v molex connector. so either cut the molex and 2 ground wires off leaving the fan and two wires +/- and solder it too the stock fans +/- ...

btw i assume you have a pump, radiator, fan, reservoir, and xspc heatsink and tuping

you dont bridge nothing you just take the 12v supply from your stock fans to wire your fan for your radiator
