It just resets your prestige, so you'll be back at level what ever prestige you are at.

Isn't it possible to Reflash your drive back to it's original Firmware, install this Fall Dashboard update, wait about 2-3 weeks then Reflash it? Wouldn't that be a legitimate way around it?

Anyway, don't bother with this, they set you up for a survey, you do it, then they make you do another and another. It's a waste of time. and probably isn't Legit anyway.
