well i guess i'll translate it for people who do not know. he's saying "Is anyone gonna make a mod tool for Borderlands 2 when it is released, that's made like the Borderlands modding tool Willow ...

I was just wondering if anyone was planning on working on a mod tool like willowtree when borderlands 2 comes out, and i would be happy to help test and build some items.
