will upgrading the ram make playing games better i have a 4gb with 3.47 usable if i upgrade the ram will that make me be able to play games better with higher res and such?

okay so i did a few missions and saved it by switching to single player but then when i went to online it was where i was earlier

oh it just said save successful

yeah im playing online and all just keeps saying it cant save

is it saying "saving failed-unable to connect to rockstar game service" for anyone else?
