MAC Address is only on your Local Network.

Changing your consoles ID e.g changing KV might work but it would be a waste.

I think its done by Gamertag but dont take my word for it.

No, jtag wont be patched. Freeboot have announced they will NOT be making a reebooter for the new dashboard.
So Jtags just wont be able to go online, which is a good thing.
