as said in the title, does the size of the hdd affect boot times. my jasper seems to boot alot faster when i have my 60gb hdd rather than my 120gb

just wondering the difference between fsd3 and xex? like when it comes to installing discs/transferring iso's which do you do it on because i thought you could install onto either?
