Aren't these glitches already patched?

I have made it to 33 on solo then the game glitched and a dog killed me in one hit

I just posted on this yesterday because when i was in the glitch they stopped coming and started to stop on the zipline.

This is weird when i used the glitch in the first room where you kill yourself on first level............ Later on while i was in the glitch i turned on the zipline but then they stopped coming ...... ...

Why is it that the game glitches up and lags when you are being chased by alot of zombies? I had juggernaug and one came up and touched me and killed me.!
