Yeah it happened to me, i was able to get a refund on them but yes they are in my recent downloads and says in the game 1/10 showing ive brought them...
Its stupid but it has happened to me..

Just asking but account your using " dummy account" does it have silver because if it does still won't b work. .
I found just simply signed out of all profiles then create one called playe ...

If your using a account that has even silver it won't work. .

If this didn't work for you check download history, compatability pack isn't 228kb it's actually 336mb. . If that doesn't help let me know

Create a account with no live or gold..
Load up exo zombies using that account. ..
Click on xbox live which will tell you sign in to gold. . Use main account and there you go. ..
