Anyone try downloading this update to make RDR playable? If so, how long did it take to download? Mine is creeping along nice and slow...

So I just bought GTA IV today and had to download it from gamestops app. Im trying to install ELS, Spark IV, etc. and I cant find the GTA folder to do so. Where can I find it?

So I've been trying to install this Weather + Tornado mod for the past half hour and it refuses to work. I checked the console on my computer and its saying it is failing to load mod_Weather.class
