he has hamachi and i use the ipv4 ip for the server address but on his minecraft it says that my server is not even up! like it has a x threw the connection bar...

so, i have tried to make a minecraft server 2 different ways and neither has worked!!! i tried with hamachi and with bukkit... i dont want to do a portforward so is there anyway to fix this???
