when i open the app it says wait for absinthe to complete but then after a while it says go to setting and turn on the jailbreak vpn, i did that but it says it couldnt turn it on

i have the absinthe app on my springboard but when i open it it wont reboot my phone it just says something about the vpn but that wont work either please help
