nah no way u can do gta iv multiplayer

there is no gta iv mods unless for the map mods currently but there is offline mods..in order to get that just search for it in thetechgame.org search for the dlc then into the xex menue etc....

if u wanna c it u gotta go alone cuz if u go with ppl with u or near the spot it gets conflicted and doesn't show up
