have you tried installing Black Ops to your hard drive mate? It would always freeze on me when ever I went on zombies.

it didn't work. I phoned customer support and they have told me to check with a friends disk to see if its the disk or the hardware thats causing problem.

delete and redownload the pack its corrupted
