I've been having problems with my adapter making noises every time i try to talk to someone.Just curious if anyone knows if they fixed the problem.

everytime i talk it mumbles and it makes a farting noise. Also what do the 2 buttons do on the left side of the adapater?

anyone know? cuz im looking for a new one.
