if u have over a certain amount of money you get banned from the auction house because it happened to me on my old account
are you positive? i know at one point there was a credit wipe to get rid of ...

noob question but where is the profile select menu?
the opening screen only says 'Press a to start' and there are no other options

im probably missing something extremely obvious here, sorry
