you gotta be 10th prestige, and finish all the 'prestige' challenges, 1000ac130 kills, 1000 chopper gunner kills etc...

LOL. I have a better chance f getting struck by lighting then getting in an unlock all lobby.

Does anybody know how to unlock the spinning 10th prestige emblem? I don’t want to mod I just want to know what challenge I need to unlock it.
