Easier on PS3 by far! I think there is 10 people that can host CL's on Xbox and the rest Xp lobbies, but the PS3 has loads it's easier to host and stuff.

You should try and go on RunescapeTipIt and it calculates it for you, i think with 19k Chrimson Charms you can get 90-99 but will cost alot
