u are able to get gold guns and all the emblems and titles..

and it'a also good fun to be high level to have everything for when you play with friends on CT .

I would say photoshop but if you are new to making GFX I would say start with GIMP and gradually make your way up!

how do you get GIMP cus i would like to make a new avatar ?
