Has anyone got this achievement yet? If so, how? If not, maybe that's the next achievement the community could work on.

That's from turning on the power, if you get a denizen to latch on to you and walk past it, it will jump off, into the hole. You can then teleport around the map randomly.

In Ascension they had multiple splatters around the map that looked like the grim reaper with a scythe, but had no relevancy to the story.

Checking one of the many guides that are out there before posting a new topic would have been a better idea. Posting new and redundant information pushes good posts further back.
