You cant preload games unless you also sell with disc lol well then i guess its a bonus and if it works it works. I dont have an xex menu disc rofl

That is because the ban bypass is not released yet. If you even got on Black Ops 2, you would be banned in 5 minutes. So Black Ops 2 is off limits for right now.
