Is this on a modded console?

No but I have just had a recovery on this account.

I go to Multiplayer, select Xbox Live and within 10 seconds it kicks me back the the Multiplayer menu. Any suggestions?

uh I mean i t's not impossible... Free stealth server you'll get banned eventually anyway, modding just speeds up the process, don't know why you'd want to use a RGH to play online without mods. :S

If I am online with my RGH and have no mods installed on my MW2 game, will I eventually get banned (using a free stealth server)? Or, could I play infinitely until I decide to mod.
