can you do this offline?

i did this so now what when i go to black ops i dont have the new zombie map

I still cant get it to work when i try and load the map it goes black screen then back to main menu saying i cant play map

cant get it to work i got it so that the new zombie map showed up but when i tried to play it i got a black screen then i got sent back to main menu?????
