RAM is fine. Depending on your case, it could be upgraded. If you could list your case, that'd help too so we could suggest compatible upgrades. The PSU you have is fine.

These are the upgrades I'd do, not really worth upgrading your graphics card yet imo, unless you play some really graphically demanding games. But an i5 should help, an ssd for super fast loading time ...
