Like I stated, and I seem to be in the same boat, I have attempted to run FSD and XEXMenu from ISOs without success. Have you tried that iTs_CLutch? Let me know if that works for you or not.

Ok, finally burnt a XEXMenu disk, and when I load it, and hit "Play Game" it just opens a black screen. Random button mashing seems to do nothing, but if I hit the xbox button I hear the xb ...

I can't because I get the error regardless of what I do. I cannot access the HDD because it went corrupt, so therefore no XEXMenu. I don't have a burner here, so I cannot burn it to a CD.

Well currently I cannot get past the retail dashboard. Any time the box attempts to read from the drive it gives me the "fatal crash intercepted" error.
