So is there any way whatsoever to do system links anymore? can u downgrade to tu6 and still do it?

I downloaded the tu7 bypass files but when i start a system link, the jtag doesnt show up on the retail and the jtag only has like slow motion and thats it. Im just wondering what i did wrong?
