How do I unbanned a retail xbox

I've just purchased xbox live stealth from xbl ninja and u still can not connect some one please help me

Payment down can't pay at moment any offline files

I have tried buying of to different websites te payment method down and I can't did any offline files anywhere please help

Frosted I don't have any stealth been looking for days now. Could literally cry I just want to be able to sign and and enjoy my Rgh could you send me in right direction please

I have a Rgh I have live block disabled just can't access can't find no stealth files anywhere help

rebooted, went back into dashlaunch turned liveblock etc off and still having the same issue with xbox live... am i missing something?
