I cannot get online as apparently unlinking your social club fixes it, how do i do this though?

I am on an automatic dns and mine still says timed out though?

On my main account i could not go online as i would always 'time out' that is on my automatic dns too, but on my other account on the same dns i am able to get online... so i may be banned i'm not sur ...
